What counts as a 'user'?↓
Any person who logs in — QA staff, lab contacts, brand client users. Lab users and read-only brand clients on the Starter plan count at 0.5 each.
Do you support multiple facilities?↓
Core supports up to 3 production sites. Pro and Enterprise support unlimited sites with per-site dashboards and cross-site rollup reporting.
How is data secured?↓
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each customer's data is logically isolated. See our Security page for full details.
Is QualityOS FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant?↓
QualityOS is designed with 21 CFR Part 11 in mind — audit trails, electronic signatures, and access controls are built into the core platform. Enterprise customers receive a compliance documentation package.
What does onboarding look like?↓
Most Core customers are fully live within 2 weeks. We provide guided onboarding, COA import tools, and spec limit configuration support. Pro and Enterprise customers get a dedicated implementation manager.
Can we cancel anytime?↓
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled before the next renewal.
